If you decide to become a toxichazard.com Member, you agree to

Toxichazard.com is controlled by Toxic Hazard Clothing based in the State of California. Toxichazard.com makes no representation that materials on toxichazard.com or the multimedia piece are appropriate or available for use in other locations.

Termination of Account

You understand and agree that toxichazard.com may, at its own discretion terminate your password or Account and immediately deactivate/delete any or all information concerning your Account at any time. This includes your Registration Information. You understand and agree that toxichazard.com may take any one or more of these actions without prior notice to you. You understand and agree that toxichazard.com shall not have any liability to you or any other person for any termination of your access to your Account and/or the removal of information concerning your Account.
