RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

In case you are not satisfied with your TOXICHAZARD.COM order, you have up to 15 days of receipt to return your items. We will happily accept the return or exchange of unworn, unwashed or defective items. Merchandise must be in new condition with tags attached. Your refund will be credited back to the original method of payment.

Returns are accepted by mail or trackable small carrier (UPS, Fedex). Please be sure that your original receipt or invoice are included in order to ensure proper credit. Please be sure that your package is insured as we are not responsible for lost items.

COD returns are not accepted.

– Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded.
– Purchases made at a retail store cannot be returned directly to us. Please contact store where item was purchased and make arrangements following that store's policies.
– If the return is a result of our error, please contact customer Services at (323) 832-9081 and we make arrangements to refund you shipping charges.

Due to limited quantities, the item(s) you wish to exchange may no longer be available. In that case, we suggest you place a new order of item(s) and return the unwanted item(s) for a refund. We are unable to honor previous sale prices or promotions when you place your new order. If you have requested an exchange, you will receive an email detailing the availability of the item(s) and its shipping status. Available in stock items will be shipped approximately 48 to 72 hours to the shipping address on your invoice. A standard charge of $6.95 will be deducted for shipping and handling on all exchange items. We will bill your credit card for the new item(s) and process your credit card for returned merchandise as soon as we receive it. If the item(s) was given to you as a gift, the refund will be credited to the original credit card used for the payment.

Most returns are processed within five days of receipt in our warehouse. Once the return or exchange have been have been processed, you will receive a confirmation.
